Описана система испытаний сельскохозяйственных машин производства ОАО «Гомсельмаш»
на стадиях проектирования и производства. На базе системы решаются задачи обеспечения требуемого качества продукции предприятия при снижении риска выхода из строя в эксплуатации.
Система предусматривает семь уровней испытания на трех масштабных ступенях. Главное ее
достоинство состоит в том, что в нее включены эффективные методы износоусталостных испытаний наиболее ответственных силовых систем машин. Реализация системы обеспечивается соответствующими методиками испытаний.
The article describes a system for testing agricultural machines manufactured by OJSC Gomselmash
at the design and production stages. The system is used to solve problems of ensuring the required quality
of the enterprise's products while reducing the risk of failure during operation. The system provides seven
levels of testing at three large-scale stages. Its main advantage is that it includes effective methods of wear-fatigue testing of the most important power systems of machines. The implementation of the system is ensured
by appropriate testing methods.
