Исследована взаимосвязь понятий «качество и «благоустройство» как факторов устойчивого развития общества. Особое внимание уделено анализу инициатив Республики Беларусь, таких как «Год благоустройства» и «Пятилетка качества», направленных на модернизацию инфраструктуры, повышение комфорта городской среды и объединение народного
духа для достижения всеобщих государственных целей. Также изучены различные подходы
к благоустройству, такие как инфраструктурный, экологический и социальный и их воздействие на условия жизни граждан.
The paper examines the relationship between the concepts of “quality” and “landscaping”
as factors of sustainable development of society. Special attention is paid to the analysis of initiatives of the Republic of Belarus, such as the “Year of Improvement” and the “Five-Year Plan
of Quality”, aimed at modernizing infrastructure, improving the comfort of the urban environment
and uniting the national spirit to achieve universal state goals. Various approaches to landscaping
are also being studied, such as infrastructural, environmental and social and their impact on
the living conditions of citizens.
