В статье изложено описание системы, которая осуществляет поиск
отзывов об отелях и турфирмах и определяет эмоциональную
оценку полученной информации путем анализа, позволяющего
извлечь из текста эмоционально окрашенную лексику и определить
эмоциональное отношение авторов к объекту исследования.

The article contains a description of the system that searches for hotel and travel agency
reviews and determines the emotional evaluation of the information obtained by analysis
that allows you to extract emotionally colored vocabulary from the text and determine
the emotional attitude of the authors to the object of research.

This paper promise to research efforts in low power logic synthesis have so far been focused on AND based logic. Specifically, we propose technique for estimate minimum switching activity for AND trees. This allows make estimation switching activity for any types of logic library before decomposition.

В статье рассматривается авторская методика поэтапной оценки деятельности организации «Ресурсы — стратегия — брендинг», включающая оценку ресурсного потенциала организации, оценку стратегических прио­ритетов организации, оценку бренда организации, а также интегральную оценку деятельности организации. Анализ проведен на примере музеев Гомельского региона с использованием таких методических ин­струментов, как концепции «Дерево компетенций» (оценивались «стержневые» компетенции, основная продукция, основные услуги, подразделения, конечная продукция, конечные услуги) и «Управленческий MOST» (оценивалась миссия, цель, стратегические приоритеты, тактика), методика анализа бренда организации (оце­нивалось качество, лидерство, узнаваемость бренда). Показана степень стабильности организации, эффективность использования ею компетенций и страте­гических приоритетов, маркетинговые усилия в продвижении организации и ее продукта. Предложены направления рационализации деятельности музейных организаций.

The article discusses the author’s methodology of step-bystep assessment of the organization’s activities
“Resources — strategy — branding”, including an assessment of the organization’s resource potential, an assessment of
the organization’s strategic priorities, an assessment of the organization’s brand, as well as an integral assessment of the organization’s activities. The analysis was carried out on the example of museums in the Gomel region using such methodological tools as the “Tree of Competencies” concept (“core” competencies, main products, main services, departments, end products, end services were assessed) and the “Management MOST” (mission, goal, strategic priorities, tactics were assessed), the methodology of analyzing the organization’s brand (brand quality, brand leadership, brand recognition were assessed). The degree of stability of the organization, the effectiveness of its use of competencies and strategic priorities, marketing efforts in promoting the enterprise and its product are shown. The directions of rationalization of the activities of museum organizations are proposed.
