Оценка энергетической эффективности цементного производства

На основе модели зависимости расхода электрической энергии от выпуска продукции
произведена оценка структуры потребляемой электрической энергии для цементного производства. Для различной загрузки производства представлена оценка веса условно-
постоянной составляющей электропотребления и ее влияние на энергоэффективность
производства.

Based on the model of dependence of EE consumption on output, an assessment was made of
the structure of consumed electrical energy for cement production. For different loading of
production, the weight of the conditionally constant component of power consumption and its
impact on the energy efficiency of production were estimated.

Оценка энергоэффективности многономенклатурного производства в условиях внедрения мероприятий по энергосбережению

На основе модели зависимости расхода электрической энергии от выпуска продукции
для многономенклатурного производства выполнен расчет удельных расходов электрической энергии. В условиях модернизации системы освещения предложен способ прогнозирования энергоэффективности за счет корректировки исходной модели электропотребления
на величину ожидаемой экономии. Исследовано влияние изменения производственной программы на результирующую энергоэффективность.

Based on the model of the dependence of EE consumption on the output of products for a
multi-product production, the calculation of the specific consumption of electrical energy was
carried out. Under the conditions of modernization of the lighting system , a method is proposed for
predicting energy efficiency by adjusting the initial model of power consumption by the amount of
expected savings. The impact of changing the production program on the resulting energy
efficiency has been studied.

Повышение надежности и точности технического диагностирования силовых маслонаполненных трансформаторов

Кратко изложены типовые ошибки при диагностировании силовых трансформаторов. Приведены рекомендации для повышения достоверности выявления дефектов при техническом диагностировании маслонаполненных трансформаторов с применением виброконтроля, хроматографии и частичных разрядов.

Typical errors in diagnosing power transformers are briefly outlined. Recommendations are
given to improve the reliability of detection of defects in the technical diagnostics of oil-filled
transformers using vibration control, chromatography and partial discharges.

Повышение надежности и точности технического диагностирования асинхронных двигателей

Изложены результаты экспериментальных исследований по технической диагностике асинхронных двигателей. Показана возможность выявления дефектов при расширении
спектров вибрации до 5000 Гц или даже до 10000 Гц. Указывается на важность определения места установки вибродатчиков при вибродиагностировании подшипниковых опор.
Предлагается установка вибродатчиков на лапы электродвигателя. Указываются основные причины низкого качества новых подшипников качения.

The results of experimental studies on technical diagnostics of asynchronous motors are
presented. The possibility of detecting defects by expanding the vibration spectra up to 5000 Hz or
even up to 10000 Hz is shown. The importance of determining the installation location of vibration
sensors during vibration diagnostics of bearing supports is indicated. It is proposed to install
vibration sensors on the legs of the electric motor. The main reasons for the low quality of new
rolling bearings are indicated.

Оценка риска при техническом диагностировании электродвигателей

Определены типовые дефекты подшипников качения, приведены формулы для вычисления частот вибрации подшипников, формулы вычисления вероятностей предотвращения
отказа подшипников при наличии статистических данных. Приведена формула для вычисления степени риска с использованием текущих значений вибрации, заданных значений минимального и максимального уровня значений вибрации различных дефектов.

Typical defects of rolling bearings are determined, formulas are given for calculating the vibration frequencies of bearings, formulas for calculating the probabilities of preventing failure of bearings in the presence of statistical data. A formula is given for calculating the degree of risk using the current vibration values, the specified values of the minimum and maximum levels of vibration values of various defects.

Проблемные вопросы вибродиагностирования топливной аппаратуры дизельных двигателей во время работы

Применение виброакустического компьютерного измерительного комплекса позволяет во
время работы дизельного двигателя получить спектры вибрации в диапазоне от 5 до 500 Гц топливной аппаратуры при различных режимах работы. Рассмотрены практические результаты
технического диагностирования топливных форсунок с использованием виброакустических характеристик. Приведен способ расшифровки спектров вибрации форсунок во время работы дизеля. При достоверной статистике дефектов и их признаков обеспечивается высокая надежность диагностирования и прогнозирования технического состояния различного оборудования.

The use of a vibroacoustic computer measuring system makes it possible to obtain vibration spectra in the range from 5 to 500 Hz of fuel equipment during operation of a diesel engine under various operating modes. The article discusses the practical results of technical diagnostics of fuel injectors using vibroacoustic characteristics. The principle of operation of a computer vibroacoustic measuring complex is presented. A method for decoding the vibration spectra of injectors during diesel operation is given. With reliable statistics of defects and their signs, high reliability of diagnosing and predicting the technical condition of various equipment is ensured.

разрабатывать инновации, но и научиться эффективно осуществлять трансфер инноваций и коммерциализацию результатов научно-исследовательской деятельности.

The article substantiates the need to organize marketing support for scientific research and
development work of the university. At the present stage of economic development, the issues of not
only creating, but also bringing an innovative product to the consumer become relevant. Technical
universities need not only to develop innovations, but also to learn how to effectively transfer innovations and commercialize the results of research activities.

New Heavy Gauge Bosons Decaying to Pair of Electroweak Bosons at LHC and HL-LHC With Atlas

The expected ATLAS Run 3 data set with time-integrated luminosity of 300 fb–1 and
HL-LHC option of the LHC with L = 3000 fb–1 in the diboson channels in semileptonic final states
are used to probe a simple benchmark model with an extended gauge sector, proposed by Altarelli
et al. This model accommodates new charged W and neutral Z vector bosons with modified
trilinear Standard Model gauge couplings, decaying into electroweak gauge boson pairs WZ
or WW, where W/ Z decay semileptonically. We present upper limits on the mixing parameters,
W –W  and Z– Z, by using the expected Run 3 data and HL-LHC options of the LHC.

International Nuclear Data Centers Network and Prospects of ITS Use in Nuclear Power in Belarus

We give a brief overview of the existing nuclear data base, and describe the structure
of the International Nuclear Data Centres Network. Because the amount of experimental data in
nuclear physics is extremely large, the note aims to show the way to modern methods of acquaintance with the characteristics of arrays of nuclei through the nuclear data banks accessible through
the Web-technologies. In particular, the note describes the methods to extract information on the
nuclei and nuclear reactions in nuclear data banks. The data include information on the masses
and energies of the nuclei of the separation energy of nucleons and clusters, the spectra of states
of nuclei, their spin, parity, isospin, charge and mass radii and densities, information about
the shape of the nuclei, the cross sections of nuclear reactions, the decay of unstable nuclei.
On the completeness and accuracy of the data depends on radiation and nuclear safety, and environmental acceptability of nuclear installations. Creating a nuclear databases in Belarus will
monitor the quality of nuclear data supplied to consumers, and ensure that systems of constants,
used in technical projects, the current international standards.

Analysis of the People's Republic of China Place in International Ratings of Investment Attractiveness

This article analyzes the positions of the People's Republic of China in international rankings from the standpoint of objectivity and validity. At the end of the article, the author concludes
that China's positions in various international investment ratings have a positive trend, which has
a positive effect on the investment climate.
