Статья посвящена вибродиагностике технического состояния подшипников качения электрических машин на ОАО «БМЗ». Представлены и проанализированы спектры сигналов вибраций, характерные для различных дефектов подшипников. Установлено, что только 9 % подшипников выходят из строя вследствие естественного износа. В остальных случаях выход из строя обусловлен неправильным применением или эксплуатацией подшипников.

The article is devoted to vibration diagnostics of the technical condition of rolling bearings of electrical machines at OJSC “BSW”. Spectra of vibration signals typical for various bearing defects are presented and analyzed. It has been found that only 9 % of bearings fail due to natural wear. Otherwise, the failure is due to improper use or operation of the bearings.

Представлен анализ ситуации с утилизацией дисперсных железосодержащих отходов, а также применяемых сегодня способов их переработки с целью извлечения металла и возвращения его в производство. Описан альтернативный метод рециклинга таких отходов, основанный на использовании ротационных наклоняющихся печей нового поколения. Предлагаемый метод позволяет перерабатывать и использовать дисперсные металлоотходы непосредственно на машиностроительных и металлообрабатывающих предприятиях, где они образуются практически без предварительной подготовки и окомкования. Такой подход позволяет получить значительный экономический и экологический эффект.

The analysis of the situation with the disposal of dispersed iron-containing waste, as well as the methods of their processing used today in order to extract the metal and return it to production, is presented. An alternative method of recycling such waste based on the use of rotary tilting furnaces of a new generation is presented. The proposed method makes it possible to process and use dispersed metal waste directly at machine- building and metalworking enterprises, where they are formed practically without preliminary preparation and pelletizing. This approach allows you to get a significant economic and environmental effect.

В настоящее время, согласно современной тенденции, направленной на постоянное улучшение, возникла производственная необходимость в снижении топливно-энергетических ресурсов, а также издержек и повышении прибыли от производимой продукции. В данной работе выполнен теоретический расчет минимального времени нагрева заготовок номинальным сечением 250×300 мм, длиной 3150 мм и проведены практические испытания производства продукции согласно расчетам на линии катанки стана 370/150 ОАО «БМЗ — управляющая компания холдинга «БМК». Исследована скорость перестройки поля температуры внутри рассматриваемой системы, которая прямо пропорционально зависит от размеров тела и коэффициента его температуропроводности. Проведена оценка нагрузок технологического оборудования с минимальным временем нагрева блюма перед прокаткой. Рассчитана и дана оценка производительности стана согласно фактически полученным данным. Снижены условно постоянные расходы при производстве катанки для группы с высокой производительностью. Проведена оценка возможности увеличения годовой производительности стана.

Currently, according to the modern trend aimed at constant improvement, there is a production need to reduce fuel and energy resources, as well as costs and increase the profitability of manufactured products. In this work, a theoretical calculation of the minimum heating time of billets with a nominal cross- section of 250 × 300 mm and a length of 3150 mm and practical tests of the production of products according to the calculations on the wire rod line of the 370/150 mill of OAO BMZ—the management company of the BMK holding has been carried out. The system under consideration, which is directly proportional to the body size and the coefficient of its thermal diffusivity. The assessment of the loads of the technological equipment with the minimum heating time of the bloom before rolling. Calculated and evaluated the productivity of the mill according to the data actually ob-tained. Reduced conditionally fixed costs in the production of wire rod for a group with high productivity The assessment of the possibility of increasing the annual productivity of the mill has been made.

The report proposes a variant of the use of heat exchangers with thermosyphons at thermal power plants and in boiler houses. One of the possible areas of application of heat exchangers with thermosyphons is their use as oil coolers in a gas turbine unit. At thermal power plants, in addition to thermal pollution, pollution of water, soil, and the air basin with oil and oil products
is a serious problem. In this regard, the development and research of devices for cooling oil in turbine plants is required. Such devices should provide high thermal performance and exclude pollution of the water basin with oil and oil products, as well as the ingress of water into oil. The presence of water in the oil will drastically deteriorate its characteristics and thereby create the danger of emergencies. Therefore, according to safety regulations, the oil pressure in the system must exceed the pressure of the cooling water.

A method is proposed for calculating the series resistance of a photoelectric module based on experimental measurements. The technique is based on subtracting the theoretical current-voltage characteristic of the module from its experimental
current-voltage characteristic to obtain the current-voltage characteristic of the series resistance and further its value calculating.
The following experimental values of series resistance were obtained: for the Orange Solar OSP XTP 250 module (60 photocells) 0.48 Ohm, and for the SF-P672300 module (72 photocells) 1.22 Ohm. If you perform the considered calculations of series resistance periodically, then you can implement the task of diagnosing photovoltaic modules, which will allow you to timely identify the deterioration of their characteristics.

Currently, thermosyphons are rarely used in industry. This phenomenon can be explained by the fact that the physics of the processes occurring in thermosyphons (jointly occurring processes of heat conduction, convection and phase transitions
in the zones of evaporation and condensation) has not yet been sufficiently studied. In addition, the accumulated knowledge in this area is, as a rule, the conclusions obtained for specific versions of thermosyphons and coolants, design schemes and
technical solutions. Analysis of the most significant results of studies of heat transfer in closed two-phase thermosyphons shows that the most significant characteristic of their work is thermal resistance.The established experimental data will further allow the development of efficient heat exchangers with two-phase heat transfer elements for their use in power engineering, refrigeration engineering, ventilation and air conditioning systems, and industry, in order to reduce energy consumption, material consumption, and improve the quality of products.

The processes in the chamber of the thermosyphon on the experimental stand created at the Department of Industrial Heat Power Engineering and Ecology of the Educational Institution “Gomel State Technical University named after V.I. P.O.Sukhoi” were studied. The results of an experimental study of the operation of closed two-phase heat transfer devices filled with refrigerants R404A, R407C, R410A are presented. Experiments were carried out at angles of inclination of devices (0º, 90º), which increases the field of application of such heat exchange elements in industry. The range of supplied heat fluxes was 20-128 W, the surface temperature of the device varied within +18 … +63°С. The dependence of the thermal resistance of the thermosyphon on the supplied thermal load is established, and the analysis of the results obtained is carried out.

The paper considers ways to increase the antifriction properties of ceramic coatings obtained on aluminum alloys by the method of micro-arc oxidation (MAO). Two methods of reducing the rhenium coefficient of ceramic coatings have been proposed by impregnation in compositions based on mineral oils, as well as by carrying out MAO in electrolytes containing particles of dry lubricants. It has been established that impregnation with mineral oil makes it possible to reduce the friction coefficient of ceramic coatings by more than 5 times and, as a consequence, to reduce the temperature in the friction zone. Pre-treatment of the coating with surfactants further improves this performance. As a second method for increasing the anti-friction properties of ceramic coatings, the possibility of introducing solid lubricant particles-zinc oxide, colloidal graphite and molybdenum disulfide- into the coating material from electrolyte during MAO was investigated. It was found that the introduction of solid lubricant particles into the base electrolyte leads to a significant decrease in the friction coefficient, which can be explained by the direct
introduction of lubricant particles into the coating material. The studies carried out open up possibilities for further improving the antifriction properties of ceramic coatings and expanding the areas of application of aluminum alloys in friction units.
