It shows, that the precision alloys are the most important kind of metallurgical production. The analysis of the freezing process of melt at the two-roll hardening for precision
alloy belts production is given. It is settled, that the creation of linear contact zone at
the elastic flattening of the rolls improves the heat — exchange condition, stabilize the
process of belt formation accounts for the rise of the heat transfer coefficient and the
increasing of melt existence time in the contact zone with the rolls.

It is shown that the unlinearance exerts essential influence on the character oscillations of
cylindrical casings in the process their rotation and the availability of compressible loading. The
dependences, between the amplitude and phase static oscillations of casing from the frequency of
external force were found by means of solution Duffinge s equations for the forced oscillations
calculating the additional dicrease of oscillations on account of damping. The analysis of amplitude-frequency characteristics of process oscillation revolving casing is performed. The conditions
stability static regimes of casing in the process its rotation under the availability of compressible
loading and the damping are determined.

It is shown that the stability of process two-cylindrical of the hardening melt on elastic barrels
and the quality of getting ribbons depends on the dynamic stability of circular cylindrical thinness
casings The linear problem of dynamic stability thinness casing in the process its rotation and the
availability of compressible loading is solved. The analytical expression for the calculation of
hollow casing is obtained. The analysis of process oscilation revolving thinness casing is performed. It is determined that the phenomenon of resonance disappears when the coefficient damping δ≥ωo/√2, but the unlinearance of process introduces essential changes in the character
oscillations.

Cyclic change of tribological parameters of rubber-metallic tribosystems is experimentally
established. It is shown, that the results of researches can be submitted as the harmonic lines
(trigonometrical multimembers). Reveals the influence to parameters of the harmonic lines of a
roughness of a surface of the steel shaft, included in the structure of the tested tribo-conjugate. It
is shown, that the absolute meanings of parameters of the harmonic lines can be used for an
estimation of size of the wear and tear of the tribosystems.

There is provided a theoretical analysis of the temperature profile of a melting drop rotating
with a constant angular velocity around its axis and being influenced by an extended heat source in
an unstable regime of heating. The scaling factor of the heated body, as well as the power of heat
source and the velocity of rotation are proved to be of crucial importance for the temperature
profile of melt drop. This allows to control the process of cooling, as well as production-forming on
the disk brim.
