В условиях развития цифровой экономики промышленные предприятия сталкиваются с необходимостью совершенствования производственных и бизнес-процессов вследствие возникновения спроса на принципиально новую продукцию промышленного и бытового назначения, появление новых технологий производства, обусловливающих риски потери конкурентоспособности для организаций, не внедряющих инновации. Развитие цифровой экономики требует соответствующих преобразований в промышленности, которые будут отражаться на динамике результатов инновационной деятельности промышленных предприятий и структурных приоритетах её финансирования. Установлено, что на современном этапе инновационного развития промышленного комплекса Республики Беларусь положительной его характеристикой является высокая инновационная активность машиностроительных предприятий, что способствует ускорению цифровой трансформации производственных процессов и развитию цифровой экономики. Вместе с тем, в качестве перспективы промышленного развития следует отметить необходимость интенсификации роста соответствующих видов экономической деятельности и их инновационной активности, увеличения их доли в структуре промышленного производства, повышения инвестиционной привлекательности инновационных проектов.
Under the digital economy development industrial enterprises are faced with the need to improve production and business processes due to the emergence of demand for fundamentally new products for industrial and domestic purposes, the emergence of new production technologies that cause risks of loss of competitiveness for organizations that do not introduce innovations. The development of the digital economy requires appropriate transformations in the industry, which will be reflected in the dynamics of the results of innovative activities of industrial enterprises and the structural priorities of its financing. It has been established that at the present stage of the innovative development of the industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus, its positive characteristic is the high innovative activity of machine-building enterprises, which contributes to the acceleration of the digital transformation of production processes and the development of the digital economy. At the same time, as a prospect for industrial development, it should be noted the need to intensify the growth of the relevant types of economic activity and their innovative activity, increase their share in the structure of industrial production, and increase the investment attractiveness of innovative projects.

Показано, что теория устойчивого природопользования и устойчивого лесопользования является научной и методической основой для управления лесами и лесным хозяйством Беларуси. Приведена
история развития данных понятий. Рассмотрено их современное состояние. Представлены предложения по совершенствованию ведения лесного хозяйства, среди которых основным является повышение запасов лесных насаждений и их средних приростов. Установлено, что леса оказывают наиболее значимое влияние на процесс предотвращения климатических изменений за счет большого
объема поглощенного диоксида углерода. Отмечено, что требуется существенное увеличение денежных поступлений от лесной ренты, в том числе экологической, для обеспечения ведения лесохозяйственного производства. Проанализированы роль и значение лесов Беларуси в сохранении и усилении экологического состояния страны и соседних государств, а также перечислены мероприятия,
направленные на усиление этой роли.
The article shows that the theory of sustainable use of natural resources and sustainable forest
management is the scientific and methodological basis for the management of forests and forestry in Belarus.
The author shows history of the development of these concepts and consideres their current state. The author presents proposals for improving forestry, among which the main one is an increase in the reserves
of forest plantations and their average growth. It has been found that forests have the most significant
influence on the process of preventing climate change due to the large volume of absorbed carbon dioxide.
It is noted that a significant increase in cash revenues from forest rent, including environmental, is required
to ensure forestry production. The role and importance of the forests of Belarus in preserving and
strengthening the ecological state of the country and neighboring states were analyzed, and measures aimed
at strengthening this role were listed.

Установлено, что микродуговое оксидирование алюминиевой фольги позволяет целенаправленно
изменять топографию и физико-химические свойства ее поверхности. Обработку фольги проводили
в щелочно-силикатном электролите, модифицированном бихроматом калия с использованием переменного тока. В результате обработки адгезионная прочность соединения алюминия с термопластичными полимерами повышается до 40 % по сравнению с чистым алюминием. Это может значительно расширить области применения алюминия и его сплавов для изготовления фольгированных
диэлектриков различного назначения.
It has been found that micro-arc oxidation of aluminum foil allows purposefully changing the topography and physicochemical properties of its surface. The foil was treated in an alkaline silicate electrolyte
modified with potassium bichromate using AC. As a result of the treatment, the adhesion strength
of aluminum to thermoplastic polymers is increased to 40% compared to pure aluminum. This can greatly
expand the applications of aluminum and its alloys for the manufacture of foil dielectrics for various
purposes.
