Вторая половина XIX в. ознаменовалась рядом социально-экономических реформ, заложивших прочный фундамент для развития западных регионов Российской империи.
В частности, аграрная реформа привела к утрате определенных видов медицинской помощи
сельскому населению. Если во время крепостного права некоторые помещики содержали фельдшеров или даже целые лечебницы за свой счет, то после 1861 г. данная форма оказания медицинской помощи была упразднена и часть сельского населения фактически лишилась медицинской помощи. Необходимость компенсации утраченных форм медицинской помощи, эпидемии,
недовольство крестьян характером реформы и другие причины послужили поводом для реформирования сельской медицинской части. Одним из направлений данных реформ стало формирование системы медицинского образования на территории Беларуси.

The second half of the XIX century was marked by a number of socio-economic reforms that
laid a solid foundation for the development of the western regions of the Russian Empire. In
particular, the agrarian reform has led to the loss of certain types of medical care to the rural
population. If during serfdom some landlords kept paramedics or even entire hospitals at their own
expense, then after 1861 this form of medical care was abolished and part of the rural population
actually lost medical care. The need to compensate for the lost forms of medical care, epidemics,
peasants' dissatisfaction with the nature of the reform and other reasons served as a reason for
reforming the rural medical unit. One of the directions of these reforms was the formation of a
medical education system in Belarus.

Статья посвящена организации военного образования в Российской империи в XIX –
начале XX в. на примере Полоцкого кадетского корпуса. Рассмотрены особенности подготовки будущих офицеров: как образовательная, так и воспитательная составляющие данного процесса. Уделено внимание бытовой стороне жизни кадетов.

The article is devoted to the organization of military education in the Russian Empire in the
XIX – n. XX century on the example of the Polotsk cadet corps. The features of the training of
future officers are considered: both educational and educational components of this process.
Attention is paid to the everyday side of the life of cadets.

Через историю улиц Бобруйска рассмотрены вопросы прошлого и настоящего бобруйских евреев, преступлений нацистских оккупантов в годы Великой Отечественной войны и
увековечения памяти жертв Холокоста.

Through the history of the streets of Bobruisk, the issues of the past and present of the Jews
of Bobruisk, the crimes of the Nazi occupiers during the Great Patriotic War and the perpetuation
of the memory of the victims of the Holocaust are considered.
