The main peculiarities of modem systems of quality
control, based on the principles of TQM, are emphasized in
the work. The results of development of the system of
quality control of the Republic unitary enterprise ''Gomel
works of casting and standards’" are shown.
The peculiarities of production of massive wear-resisting castings and profile slugs for the details of
important assignment are studied. It is offered to use
economdoped antifriction cast irons and the ways of casting
with intensive heat-exchange for creation of such castings.
It is shown that rotary furnaces and drying ovens are
a perspective type of furnaces, allowing to solve a number
of problems in conditions of flexible production and strong
resources economy.
It is determined that for compounds PGS being
investigated the complex of requirements to the main
technological quality parameters of mixture is provided at
introduction of modificating compound.
In the article there is given the description of the
realized at Gomel enterprise "SANTEP" project of 3 ton
cupola with the system of low-energy gas cleaning. The
offered system at a low production cost provides efficient
cleaning of gas emissions from dust and detrimental impurities.
It is shown that using of gases against dust will allow
not only to catch fine fractions of dust and to reduce the
cost for clearance as well.
Compact mobile outfit and technology of water-stream granulation which can be successfully adapted to
any production conditions of operating melting zones
and departments are developed.
Using of condensation process for gas treating from
dust enabled not only to catch dust fine fractions and to
reduce the expenses of gas treating as well.
The analysis of efficiency and technological peculiarities
of the ways of the electric power costs reduction at melting
of cast iron and steel in electroarc and induction furnaces
is presented. The most perspective for embedding in
operating houses for conditions of RB is heating of burden
due to natural gas in self-sufficient plants directly in
loading bucket (baskets).
