Рассмотрена проблема самовольного строительства в Республике Беларусь. Описаны
правовые нормы, регулирующие самовольное строительство, и последствия, которые могут возникнуть для нарушителей. Обсуждены также возможности легализации самовольных построек и упрощенный порядок приемки в эксплуатацию объектов строительства,
предоставленный Указом Президента Республики Беларусь № 253. Подчеркнута важность
нахождения баланса между наказанием за нарушение правил и возможностью легализации
с целью создания упорядоченной и безопасной градостроительной среды. Отмечается, что
законодательство в Республике Беларусь способствует легализации самовольных построек
и помогает гражданам избежать финансовых затрат.

The article deals with the problem of unauthorized construction in the Republic of Belarus.
The author describes the legal norms governing unauthorized construction and the consequences that
may arise for violators. The possibilities of legalizing unauthorized buildings and the simplified procedure for commissioning construction projects provided by the Decree of the President
of the Republic of Belarus № 253 are also discussed. The article emphasizes the importance of finding a balance between punishment for violating the rules and the possibility of legalization, in order
to create an orderly and safe urban environment. It is noted that the legislation in the Republic of
Belarus promotes the legalization of unauthorized buildings and helps citizens avoid financial costs.

На основе положений нормативных правовых актов, авторских работ по проблемам
защиты коммерческой тайны рассмотрены некоторые аспекты правового регулирования
и организационных механизмов защиты коммерческой тайны в Республике Беларусь. Особое внимание уделено правовым мерам по защите информации, условиям пользования информацией, а также ответственности за их нарушение.

The article examines some aspects of legal regulation and organizational mechanisms
for the protection of trade secrets in the Republic of Belarus on the basis of the provisions of regulatory legal acts, author's works on the problems of protecting trade secrets. Particular attention
is paid to legal measures to protect information, including the conditions for using information,
as well as liability for their violation.

Описана необходимость воспитания любви к малой родине у детей дошкольного возраста. Разработан комплекс методов для формирования патриотических чувств и любви
к малой родине (Кобринщине) детей старшего дошкольного возраста: беседы с детьми,
рассказы воспитателя, дидактические игры, методы организации работы по составлению
ребенком рассказа, методы организации работы по изготовлению и рассматриванию стенгазет и др.

The necessity of fostering love for a small homeland in preschool children is described. A set
of methods has been developed for the formation of patriotic feelings and love for the small homeland (Kobrin region) of older preschool children: conversations with children, stories of the educator, didactic games, methods of organizing work on the compilation of a story by a child, methods
of organizing work on the production and viewing of wall newspapers, etc.

Развитие физической культуры и спорта в стране является одним из важнейших
направлений идеологической работы. В этой связи значимую роль играют специализированные учебно-спортивные учреждения, которые обладают высоким имиджевым потенциалом, способствуют развитию гражданственности и патриотических чувств у молодого
поколения.

The development of physical education and sports in the country is one of the areas of ideological work. In this connection, specialized training and sports institutions play an important role,
which have a high image potential, promote the development of citizenship and patriotic feelings in
the young generation.
