Эффективность функционирования кооперативно-интеграционных структур целесообразно анализировать с двух позиций: статики (состояния) и динамики (процесса развития). Развитие интеграционного формирования представляет собой процесс количественных и качественных изменений состояния данной хозяйственной системы. На основании происходящих изменений можно выделить отдельные стадии развития (статические состояния), соответствующие им виды эффективности, условия перехода из одной стадии в другую.Предложенный в статье методологический подход позволяет: выявить ключевые факторы эффективного развития кооперативно-интеграционных структур; выработать направления по изменению параметров функционирования для обеспечения прогрессивного характера развития; оценить эффективность дальнейшего функционирования и перспективные возможности развития интеграционной системы.

It is reasonable to analyse the efficiency of the cooperative-integrated structures operation from two points of view: statistics (the conditions) and dynamics (the process of the development). The development of an integrated formation is a process of quantitative and qualitative changes of this economic systemcondition. On the basis of occu ring c hanges it is possible to determine the separate stages of the development (the quiescent condition), the corresponding types of the efficiency and the conditions of the transition from one stage to another.The methodological approach, offered in this article, allows: to reveal the key factors of the efficient cooperative-integrated structures development; to work out the directions of changing of the operation parameters for progressive character of the development; to estimate the efficiency of the further operation and perspective possibilities of an integrated system development.
