Рассмотрены особенности ценностных предпочтений студенческой молодёжи, определяемых этнической принадлежностью. Эмпирической базой выступили результаты исследования «Культурное наследие и связь поколений», проведенного под эгидой Российского общества социологов в 2022 г. Сделан вывод, что в регионах с устойчивыми национальными
традициями обнаруживаются тенденции самосохранительного поведения.
In the article, the authors consider the features of the value preferences of student youth, determined by ethnicity. The empirical base was the results of the study “Cultural Heritage and the Connection of Generations”, conducted under the auspices of the Russian Society of Sociologists in 2022.
The authors come to the conclusion that in regions with stable national traditions, tendencies
of self-preservation behavior have been found.

Показана роль П. И. Кёппена в формировании в России научного славяноведения на базе
складывания продуктивных межславянских научных связей. Важную роль сыграли издававшиеся
им «Библиографические листы», вошедшие в число первых российских журналов со значительной славяноведческой составляющей.
The role of P. von Köppen in the formation of scientific Slavic studies in Russia on the basis
of the formation of productive inter-Slavic scientific ties is shown. An important role was played by
the “Bibliographic Sheets” published by him, which were among the first Russian journals with a significant Slavic component.

У артыкуле разглядаюцца ўспаміны і дзённікі рускіх пісьменнікаў К. Г. Паўстоўскага,
М. Я. Белеўскай і Ф. А. Кудрынскага, якія сталі відавочцамі трагічных падзей бежанства на
тэрыторыі беларускіх губерняў падчас Першай сусветнай вайны. Дадзеныя крыніцы
характарызуюць стаўленне саміх аўтараў да праблемы бежанства і раскрываюць асаблівасці
эвакуацыі, размяшчэння і сацыяльнай дапамогі пацярпеламу ад вайны насельніцтву акупаваных
і прыфрантавых губерняў Расійскай імперыі.
The article examines the memoirs and diaries of Russian writers K. G. Paustovskyi, M. Ya. Belevskaya and F. A. Kudrinsky, who witnessed the tragic events of refugees on the territory of Belarusian
provinces during the First World War. These sources characterize the attitude of the authors themselves
to the refugee problem and reveal the features of evacuation, accommodation and social assistance
to the war-affected population of the occupied and front-line provinces of the Russian Empire.

Рассмотрены формы исторической репрезентации белорусов в XV–XVIII вв.: белорусско-литовские летописи, польские хроники XV–XVI вв., произведения религиозной полемики конца
XVI–XVII вв. и мемуарная литература XVII–XVIII вв. Традиционное историописание эволюционировало от летописания и хроник до религиозно-полемической и историко-мемуарной литературы, что было обусловлено изменением конкретно-исторических условий в Великом княжестве Литовском и Речи Посполитой.
The forms of historical representation of Belarusians in the XV–XVIII centuries are considered:
Belarusian-Lithuanian and Polish chronicles of the XV–XVI centuries, works of religious polemics
of the late XVI–XVII centuries and memoir literature of the XVII–XVIII centuries. Traditional historiography evolved from chronicles to religious-polemical and historical-memoir literature, which was
due to changes in the specific historical conditions in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Rech
Pospolita.

Актуальность темы в практическом плане связана с существованием межгосударственных программ Российской Федерации и Республики Беларусь, а также других стран Евразийского экономического союза в области освоения и использования космического пространства, а в научном – поддерживается ресурсами исторической методологии, которая объединяет
синхронный и диахронный анализ. На основании результатов диахронного анализа с использованием опыта СССР обоснован вывод о значимости объединения усилий государств -участниц
в рамках Евразийского космического агентства, что может способствовать развитию космической отрасли для всех заинтересованных субъектов. Данные синхронного анализа позволяют предложить в качестве основы организации указанного агентства актуальный опыт Евразийской экономической комиссии, а также такой межгосударственной структуры, как
Европейское космическое агентство.
The relevance of the topic in practical terms is supported by the existence of interstate programs of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, as well as other countries of the Eurasian Economic Union in the field of space exploration and use; in scientific terms, by the resources
of historical methodology, which combines synchronous and diachronic analysis. Based on the results
of the diachronic analysis using the experience of the USSR, the conclusion is substantiated about
the importance of combining the efforts of the participating states within the framework of the Eurasian Space Agency, which can contribute to the development of the space industry for all stakeholders.
The data of the synchronous analysis allow us to offer as a basis for the organization of this agency
the actual experience of the Eurasian Economic Commission, as well as such an interstate structure
as the European Space Agency.

Развитие внешней трудовой миграции населения на постсоветском пространстве
во многом определяется процессом межгосударственной интеграции новых независимых государств. В настоящее время создано такое межгосударственное интеграционное образование,
как Евразийский экономический союз. В рамках этого интеграционного союза идет процесс
формирования общего рынка труда и единого миграционного пространства, что способствует развитию внешней трудовой миграции в странах-участницах. Создание благоприятных
социально-правовых условий осуществления трудовой миграции определило привлекательность этих стран для мигрантов. Благоприятные правовые и социальные факторы трудоустройства и защиты прав трудящихся-мигрантов из стран-участниц ЕАЭС во многом
содействуют динамичному развитию межстрановой трудовой миграции.
The development of external labour migration of the population in the post-Soviet space is
largely determined by the process of interstate integration of new independent states. At present, such
interstate integration formations as the Eurasian Economic Union have been created. Within
the framework of this integration union, the process of forming a common labour market and a common migration space is underway, which contributes to the development of external labour migration
in the participating countries. The creation of favorable social and legal conditions for the implementation of labour migration determined the attractiveness of these countries for migrants. Favorable
legal and social factors of employment and protection of the rights of migrant workers from the EAEU
member states largely contribute to the dynamic development of intercountry labour migration.

Маркетинговое содействие развитию как организаций, так и кластеров на основе современных концепций маркетинга обеспечит адаптацию к условиям BANI-мира и устойчивость собственного развития.
Deep transformational processes taking place in the world as a whole require new adaptation
mechanisms for individual business entities and for transport and logistics clusters. Marketing assistance
to the development of both organizations and clusters based on modern marketing concepts will ensure
adaptation to the conditions of the BANI-world and the sustainability of one's own development.
