This paper deals with automatic reserve power supply for high voltage electric lines with electric-motor load. The general purpose of investigations is designing of complex failure

The problem of maintenance of stable and reliable work of recuperators in foundry manufacture till now is actual. Absence of the fulfilled constructive decisions of use of
secondary power resources constrains growth of competitiveness of production of the domestic enterprises. Article is devoted to the decision of questions of designing of devices of
hermetic sealing for built - in in the case cupola a radiating recuperator. Engineering calculation is resulted and resear ches pressurizing properties of various fillers of working area of
the equaliser are lead. The suggested circuit of the equaliser is the optimum decision for the given case from the point of view of convenience of operation, reliability and maintenance
of tightness of a path of movement of warmed up air.
The author ’s treatment of the essence of an enterprise adaptability as its most important quality in the changing environment conditions and methodology of its research are stated
in the article, the definitions of tire terms «enterprise adaptability» and «adaptation» are defined and the theoretical justification of the hypothesis about the interrelation of the enterprise
potential quantity and its adaptability level is cited; the enterprise adaptation process as the process of actualization of its flexibility and development potency is also regarded in this
article. On basis of the stated treatment of the essence of adaptability as an enterprise quality two methods of evaluation of its level are suggested: retrospective and perspective. There i s
also the essence of each of the adaptability evaluation methods, activities that are used for this purpose and their interpretation, use environment, merits and demerits.
Recently there is a vivid tendency towards a permanent the economic and financial risks increase. This tendency affects requirements to a managerial system and in particular the
enterprise finance sustainability analysis. The main implication of the economical object successful existence is a fast response to the whichever changes of the situation. Therefore the
requirements not only to the level of quality and to the rapidity of the decision making become higher. Both these requirements respect if the determinative and recommending systems
are used. There are many varied analysis systems, but most of them have some vital disadvantages. The objective of our work was designing the automatic analysis instrument, which
would be able to give the necessary information about a financial state of an enterprise and to help in an everyday managerial practice.
