Libya is embarking on a digital transformation to modernize its technological capabilities and improve connectivity for its citizens. This report investigates the potential for enhancing Libya's communications infrastructure to support this transformation. It examines the current state of the country's telecommunications network, identifies opportunities for infrastructure improvement, and proposes strategies for a successful digital transformation. The findings highlight the need for a comprehensive national broadband plan, public-private partnerships, regulatory reforms, and collaboration with international partners to unlock Libya's digital future.
